• Contact details: name, email and, if you give it, phone number.
• Shipping and billing addresses.
• Order details, including the artwork files and notes you upload for custom orders.
• Messages you send through the contact form, and your email if you join our list.
• Basic technical data from your browser, like device type and pages visited, to keep the site working.

We never see or store your full card number. Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment partners on their own secure systems.

• To make, ship and support your order, including file review for custom artwork.
• To reply to your messages.
• To send drop announcements, only if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

Only the service providers who help us run the store, under agreements that limit what they can do with it:

• Payment processors, for payments.
• Shipping carriers, for delivery.
• Our website host and form provider, for the site, contact form and email list.
• Our email provider, for order and drop emails.

We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your cart and recent orders are saved in your own browser so they survive a page refresh. We don't use advertising cookies. Clearing your browser data removes this information from your device.

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights. Email inquiry@mixmats.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

The site runs over an encrypted connection. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, delete custom artwork files after your order is fulfilled unless you ask us to keep them for a reorder, and remove list subscribers as soon as they unsubscribe.

Mixmats is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
