We ship worldwide. US standard shipping is free on orders over $75.00.

When your order ships
- Limited drops ship in 1 to 2 business days.
- Custom orders ship after file review and production: 7 to 10 business days, or 3 to 5 business days with rush production.
- Orders with both ship together when the custom items are ready.

Larger orders add a small weight step for every four mats past the first four.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email the tracking link as soon as your package leaves the shop.
International orders
Duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
Address changes, lost or damaged packages
Need to change your address? Email orders@mixmats.com right away. We can update it until the order ships.
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right. See returns for details.
