Prices are listed in US dollars. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. Limited drops are available while supplies last.

Payment is taken when you place your order. Sales tax is calculated for your delivery address at checkout. Shipping times are estimates; see the shipping policy.

Custom Mixmats are made to order and final sale, as described in the custom order policy. You confirm that you own the artwork you upload or have permission to use it, and you give Mixmats permission to reproduce it only to make and fulfill your order.

Limited drops can be returned under the returns policy.

Limited drop artwork, the Mixmats name and logo, and the content of this site belong to Mixmats or its artists and are protected by law. Don't copy or resell them without written permission.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, or upload files that contain malware or content you don't have rights to.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
