Returns policy

• Return unused limited drops in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Start a return by emailing inquiry@mixmats.com with your order number.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.

Custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges, except where required by applicable law or in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error. Read the full custom order policy.

Email orders@mixmats.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Once verified, we replace or refund the affected items at no cost to you, including shipping.

We don't do direct exchanges on limited drops, because runs sell through. Return the item for a refund and place a new order while stock lasts.
